Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your BALMUDA product in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
